The most successful projects, we've found, come from successful relationships, and those seem to thrive on "how we do it" information that's as specific as possible. Most of it is provided on this website, but if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Every Story of my Life™ project is built using a series of resources . . . photos, documents, letters, awards, text files, audio files, hobby components, dimensional collections, etc.

The resources that start the project must be DIGITAL resources. That is, digital resources are ready to include – and NON-digital resources (photo prints, home movies, 45 rpm records, tapes, etc.) need to be made into digital files before development can begin. These digital resources are then delivered on one or more CDs – and/or are made available for story development as part of the project.

One of the most important (initial) resources is a Project Description. The description can be simple (we need forty pictures scanned). Or it can be more goal specific (we need a 40-picture slide show for an anniversary party next month).
We'll estimate the work based on the Project Description you give us. Our Project Managers are happy to provide free initial consultation by phone or E-Mail if you have questions on any aspect of our services, or if your project includes special considerations, as many do.

Please provide us with your contact information (phone and E-Mail address) and be patient while we estimate the costs. In most cases, we'll get back to you in 72 hours or sooner.

If you have further questions, please call us at 805/963-7836. To approve an Estimate, please FAX a signed copy to 805/962-9634, along with your choice of Deposit options that are listed on the Estimate.

We require a Deposit of 33% of the approved Estimated Project Total at Project Initiation; a second 33% upon Treatment Approval, and the final 33% on Delivery or Posting of Story Treatments on a Website.

Our objective is a fair and reasonable value exchange, so in our project planning, our Project Manager will be glad to work with you in planning the priorities of your development – component by component – so your costs are predictable and manageable over the course of story development.

Your privacy is as important to us as it is to you. Be assured that your story, story components, and story resources are (and will remain) private to you unless and until you specifically want and approve the posting of a website, or the sharing of CDs or DVDs.

Also be assured that under no circumstances will your name, E-Mail address, contact information, story resources or information of any kind pertaining to your project be shared with anyone without your expressed, written consent.
You own your story. Period.
We "ship" the goods in both electronic and physical forms, depending on the formats most convenient for you. For complete shipping information, just Click Here!
